After discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to approve construction 15' from high water mark, as the best location on lot. Quentin P. Walseth, Frazee, Minnesota, requested permission to construct a 12' x 20' boathouse approximately 35 feet from the high water mark and 12' from property After considerable discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded byline. Craig Anderson and carried, with David Trites voting "no", to grant a variance of 8' fiom the neighbor^ lot line, placing no closer to the lake than the neighbor's house, best and most practical location for boat house.Property located on S.L. A of Lot 9 less E 350', Section 3 of Hobart Township.
