Richard Nelson, Bloomington, MN, requested permission to build a storage and
storm shelter on Lots 9-13, First Add'n to Moore's Beach, Maine Township,
building to be. constructed into bank in front of lake 22' to 25 from lake.
Motion was made by Calvin Johanson, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, to
grant variance, being the most ideal spot for storm shelter.
Ray Schepper, Vergas, MN, requested permission to construct a 16 X 24' boathouse
10 to 20' from the high water mark, built into the bank in G.L. 1, Section 16,

Hobart Township. After discussion, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by
Craig Anderson and carried, to approve construction 15' from high water mark, as
the best location on lot.
Quentin P. Walseth, Frazee, Minnesota, requested permission to construct a 12' x
20' boathouse approximately 35 feet from the high water mark and 12' from property
