Impact of subdivision on Bluff What is the intent and purpose of the subdivision? How will subdivision impact Big Narrows Loop property owners? Positively? The proposed lots are not surveyed or even staked. Will the lots accommodate two driveways? How much excavation will be required to make 2 acre lot usable. Can the wetlands be filled. (6:55 p.m.) Susan Poolman, Lots 2 and 3 Block 2 Clearview and Lots 2 and 3 Block 5 King’s Addition to Clearview, Pelican Lake in Scambler Township, requested the following: Requesting to split substandard contiguous lots in the same ownership and reassign to have front lots permanently attached to back lots creating two lots for single family residential use.
