VARIANCE REQUESTED IS:
A set-back of 100 feet for a cottage on the undeveloped lot described above is
requested:
The shore line on the east side of the lake where the lot is located rises
to approximately 12 feet above the lake level 95 feet from the water, then it
drops quite sharply.
This request is being made so that we can enjoy a view of the lake from the
cottage. (All other property owners on the lake have a veiw of the lake).
b) Under variances from standards states:
The variance is proved necessary in order to secure for the
applicant a right or rights that are enjoyed by other owners
in the same area or district.■'i
