A MORAINE CURRENTLY EXSIST TO AN APPROXIMATE HEIGHT OF 8'-9' ABOVE THE HIGH WATER MARK THUS HOLDING RUN OFF AND FORMING SLACK WATER DURING TIMES OF HEAVEY RAINS. THERE IS NO AQUATIC VEGATATION IN THE SLACK WATER AREA. A BUFFER ZONE BETWEEN EXPOSED SOIL AND LAKE WATER WILL EXSIST AND ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS WILL BE TAKEN TO PREVENT COMMUNICATION BETWEEN SOIL AND LAKE. THE EXPOSED AREA WILL BE GRADED AND SEEDED IMMEDIATLY UPON COMPLETION OF ANY EARTH MOVED. IT IS OUR INTENTION TO ADD NEW TREES TO EXSISTING TREE GROWTH AREA AS SOON AS FEASIABLE. Motion was nade by Craig Anderson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unani­ mously carried, to table. Curtis Christopherson, Fargo, ND, requested permission to construct a 22' X 30' cabin with attached 12' x 22' porch, on site.of current mobile heme, 5 feet farther away from lot line than existing mobile heme, porch in same location, on the E>s of lot 15, Bill's Beach, West McDonald Lake in Edna Township. Herb Huber appeared and spoke to the issue. After consideration, motion was made by Carl JChnson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to grant as requested, no closer to lake than existing building, hardship being terrain not allowing moving farther bade, substandard lot of record. OKERSTRQM - TABLED CHRISTOPHEPSON - APPROVED Mary Pat Collins, Edina, MN, requested permission to construct bedroon addition to existing structure on Lots 16, 17 & 18, Midland Beach, Pelican Lake in Dunn Township. Letters received were read. After con­ sideration, Tnotion was irade by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl JChn- sen and unanimously carried, to grant permissicn at no closer to lake than existing structure, on the condition Lots 17 & 18 be carbined and renain forever cerbined and no other variance requests be created. COLLINS - APPTOVED Gerald L. Larsen, Fargo, ND, requested permission to oonstruirt 12' x 20' porch to existing structure 8' from property line on Lot 6, Peach's Silent lake Beach, East Silent Lake in Dora Township. AFter considera­ tion, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to grant the side lot varianoe of 2', building no closer tiian ii‘, narihip being substandard lot of record. After consideration, motion was ma(te by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with Carl Johnson voting "no", to deny, no adequate hardship shown. ERICKSON - DENIED Letters received were read, Ed Erick- Curtis & Christine Peasley, Erhard, MN, requested permission to construct garage 175* from Anderson Lake, on a parcel in G.L. 3, Section 5, Friberg Township. After consideration, motion was made by victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unanimously car­ ried, to grant approval, hardship being terrain. PEASLEY - APPROVED Dennis D. Tuel, Fergus Falls, M4, requested paermission to construct a 35' X 60’ open end pole building cattle bam approximately 49' frem Unnaned Lake, on part of G.L. 2, Section 32, Dane Prairie Township. Appearing and speaking were Earl Keith Folger and Jerry Martins. After consideration, motion was mads by Craig Anderson, seconded by John EAaerts and unanimously carried, to deny, no hardship shown. TUEL - DENIED James A. Them, Pelicaja Rapids, MN, requested permission to construct dwelling 122' frem Otter Lake in G.L. 1, Section 31, Candor Township. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Daniel Oehler and unanimously Ccurried, to approve a set back of 150' from the lake, as recomnanded by the planning camission, hardship being terrain. THOM - APPROVED Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Carl Johnson and unani­ mously carried, to deny the application of John Moe, tabled from the August and September meetings.
