Herb Huber appeared and spoke to the issue. After consideration, motion was made by Carl JChnson, seconded by Victor Petterson and unanimously carried, to grant as requested, no closer to lake than existing building, hardship being terrain not allowing moving farther bade, substandard lot of record.
