(8:15 p.m.) After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approved the placement of the proposed garage and the proposed additional living space no closer to the ordinary high water level than the lakeside of the existing cabin as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application with the condition that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces. It should be noted that the variance as approved does not address the size of the proposed garage or the proposed additional living space as these sizes will depend upon the impervious surface calculation. It is important to note that no more than 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces once the proposed development has been completed.
