Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Linda Bergerud and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
43’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a second level addition to an existing cabin 57’ from
the ordinary high water level. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that the applicant’s property has
been significantly impact by the current high water level.
