Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approves variance of 2'
from the required side lot line setback of I O’ for the placement of a manufactured home. Hardship being a
substandard lot of record and the granting of this variance allows the applicant reasonable use of his property and
allows the applicant to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate district. It should be noted
that there are several non complying structures in this district.
