Motion was made by Steve Schierer, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 40’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 12' by 38’ RV trailer 60’ from the
ordinary high water level with the condition that before a site permit can be issued the old house and shed must be
removed.
