MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 7’ from the required holding tank setback of 10’ for the present location of a woodshed approximately 3’
from the holding tank with the condition that when it becomes necessary to repair the woodshed the woodshed must
be either removed from the applicant’s property or placed in a location that meets all setback requirements. It was
noted that adequate area does exist for maintenance of the holding tank.
