Robert G. Beyer, Grantor, as Personal Representative oftbe Estate of George Beyer, a widower
and unremarried. Decedent, hereby conveys to Robert G. Beyer, Grantee, real property in Otter
Tail County, Minnesota, described as follows:
That portion of Government Lot Eight (8) of Section Thirty-five (35), Township One
Hundred Thirty-three (133), Range Forty-one (41), described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 35, 1,595 feet South of the Northeast
comer of Government Lot Six (6) of the aforesaid Section 35, thence South a distance of
162 feet, thence South Tl'Ch’ West a distance of 195 feet to the place of beginning,
thence 71°06’ West a distance of 90 feet, thence South a distance of 290 feet to the
water’s edge of South Turtle Lake, thence North 62“ East along the water’s edge of said
lake a distance of 80 feet, thence North a distance of 301 feet to the point of beginning,
said parcel containing .25 acres, more or less, excepting, however, a strip of land 66 feet
in width for road purposes, described as follows: Said tract lying West and Northwesterly
of a line beginning at the Northeast comer of said tract, thence due South 162 feet, thence
in a Southwesterly direction 195 feet. Otter Tail County, Minnesota, And also all that
part of Government Lot Eight (8), Section Thirty-five (35), Township One Hundred
Thirty-three (133), Range Forty-one (41), Otter Tail County, Minnesota, described as
follows: Commencing at the East Quarter comer of said Section 35; thence on an
assumed bearing of South along the East line of said Section 35, a distance of 1,757.00
feet; thence South 71"06’00” West a distance of 270.00 feet to the point of beginning of
the land to be described; thence continuing South 7r06’00" West a distance of 15.00
feet; thence on a bearing of South a distance of 277.00 feet more or less to the shoreline
of South Turtle Lake; thence Northeasterly along said shoreline to the intersection with a
line which bears South from the point of beginning; thence on a bearing of North a
distance of 275.00 feet more or less to the point of beginning. Containing 3,932.00
square feet more or less;
together with all hereditaments and appurtenances belonging thereto.
