Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren, to approve a variance of 40’ from the required
ordinary high water level setback of 300’ for the placement of a cattle shed 260’ from North Turtle Lake. It was noted
that drainage is away from the lake and that the structure is a part of the applicants’ overall plans, which are presently
being reviewed by the Soil Conservation Service.
