Explain your problem here:
We wish to build a house closer to the lake than the 200 foot limit. Possibly
in the 150 foot range. We would like to do this for the following reasons.
1. The layout of the land. That is the high spot of the lot and it will better
allow us to build a basement under the house. Otherwise we are afraid theawater table will be too high for a basement.
It would also enable us to continue to live in our trailer house while
the new house is being built.
2.
We prefer not to build any closer to the road due to the dust problem
from the gravel road in the summer.
3.
Being able to build on the proposed spot would also allow us to use our
driveway in its present location. The present place where we park our
cars would then be the entrance to the attached garage.
4.
Building on this proposed high spot would also enable us to continue to
use the same approved sewer ahd well system as it would be close enough to them.
5.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
