Tom and Candee Goodman - Approved the variance application as modified with a condition. (8:20 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Cecil Feniling made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve the
proposed development with the condition that no construction or apy portion of the proposed development can be any closer to the
ordinary high water level than the existing original cabin which does not include the deck area as shown on the drawing submitted
with the variance application.
