MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 60’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 200’ for the construction of a dwelling
approximately 140’ from the ordinary high water level. Hardship is the precedence established on the lot to the west
with a setback of approximately 120’ and the vacant lot to the east. The Board of Adjustment considers this variance
a reasonable compromise in working towards the required 200’ setback.
