Explain your problem here:My father, Dick Matchinsky, started construction on a boat house on
the above referenced property prior to enactment of Otter Tail County's Zoning Ordinance.
Currently the property is owned by myself and two of my sisters. To eliminate an exist
ing hazardous excavated area and an eye sore to the property, we decided to complete the
project.
