EXPLAIN YOUR PROBLEM HERE:

The premises does not have enough depth from the lake to the road to meet various
setbacks. Applicant wishes to build a 26x30 garage 24 ft. from the driving surface
of the existing road and update the sewage system by installing a sealed tank at
the location of the existing septic tank and pump to a drain field across the
township road.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps,
plans, information about surrounding property, etc.la
