Vi/e request that the building setback from shoreline for a house to be
built on the above described lot-be a variance of 75 feet.
Reasons:

Vu1.)Unique conditions—Lot 5 has a 30 foot bank from the lake. A
^®sidence placed 200 feet from shoreline would have a poor view
of the lake and you would not be able to see the shoreline at all.
Securing rights enjoyed by others—Another residence on Anna Lake
IS as close as 50 feet from the shoreline. Another residence
with a similar high elevation was granted an 85 foot variance.

In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County.
I understand I must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required
by the township for my proposed project.
