After discussion arid consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve, based on the applicants voluntary statement that a storage shed and trailer (north of existing dwelling)
would be removed and a fish house (west of existing dwelling) would be placed in a more complying location, a
variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 12’ by 20’ structure
(storage shed) approximately 76’ from the ordinary high water level.

North, Range Forty-one (Al) West of the Fifth
Principal Meridian in said County and State,
Riparian to East Lost Lake, described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Government LotHine (9) of Section One (1),
Township One Hundred Thirty-three (133), Range
Forty-one (Al) thence Easteriy One Thousand
Five Hundred Eighty-three and Two Tenths Feet (1583.2); thence North Two Hundred Twenty-one
and Four Tenths Feet (221.A); thence North 67
degrees'AA minutes East, Five Hundred Sixty-
threc and One Tenths feet (563.1) to the point
of beginning which is the center of an iron pipe
driven flush with the ground on the Western
Boundary line of the parcel. The bearing of
said line is North 29 degrees 53 minutes West,
and South 29 degrees 53 minutes East. The distance
from waters edge to waters edge on October 1965 was One Hundred Ninety-five Feet (195) more or less.
One of said points of beginning of this parcel is
an iron pipe located at the Northwest corner of said
parcel; thence Easterly Ninety-seven and Seven Tenths Feet (97.7) along North Shore to an iron pipe driven
flush with the ground; thence Southerly One Hundred and Thirty-three (133) feet to the South Shoreline
to an iron pipe.’driven flush to the ground. The
bearing on this Easterly line is South Thirty-eight
degrees Sixteen Minutes (38° 16') East. Thence
Westerly along South Shore One Hundred and Five feet
and no tenths (105.0) to an iron pipe driven flush
to the ground; thence Sortherly on Western Boundary line. One Hundred and Seventy-nine Feet (179) to an
iron pipe driven>flush to the ground on North Shoreline
of East Lost Lake and point of beginning of parcel.
This parcel excepts a well-traveled road easement, twenty feet (20) wide, running parallel with North
Shore of East Lost Lake, the center of which is
appcoximately Fifty (50) feet from waters edge.Area is Thirty-eight Hundredths (.38) acre.
