(7:13 p.m.) After discussion arid consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried, to approve, based on the applicants voluntary statement that a storage shed and trailer (north of existing dwelling) would be removed and a fish house (west of existing dwelling) would be placed in a more complying location, a variance of 24’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the placement of a 12’ by 20’ structure (storage shed) approximately 76’ from the ordinary high water level.
