Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
30’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for an addition to an existing dwelling 70’ from the
ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the
existing structure and the addition will be properly setback from the existing septic system.
