Motion: A motion by Estes, second by Boyer to approve as requested with the condition
that the existing home on proposed Lot 5 Block 1 be legally relocated prior to filing the
final plat. The Commission also recommends that the Townboard continue their
collaborative efforts to improve the traffic flow in this area.
