Motion was made by Richard Sha, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 24’
from the required ordinary high setback of 100’ for the construction of a 26’ by 31’ 2” addition 76’ from the
ordinary hjgh.water level. Hardship is a substandard lot of record. It was noted that the proposed addition is not
within the,shpre,irnpact zQhe and will. beTno closer tb the pfdinary high water level than the existing structure.
