as requested with the following conditions: 1.) the impervious surface coverage calculation for the Jerry and Sandra Lein property
must be calculated in the same manner as it would have been calculated prior to obtaining this additional 66’ by 85’ tract and 2.) a
register surveyor’s drawing must be provided at the time of conveyance.
