It was noted that the existing structure is in need of repairs. The approved variance does not directly or indirectly grant any other variances for the proposed development or for any future development. Marlene and Richard Peterson - Variance application approved with modification. After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Rick Wilson and unanimously cairied, to approved the placement of a garage 20' from the edge of the road (which may or may not be the road right-of-way) and at least 10' from the side lot line and to approve a variance of 53' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the placement of a 16' by 3.6' laundry room, entryway, coat closet and a 10' by I r sunroom 47' from the ordinary high water level as depicted on the drawing submitted with the varianee application.
