After consideration, motion was made by Dan Oehler, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve the variance as requested with the provision that a surveyor's drawing will be provided. This is the last parcel in this subdivision. The Fergus Falls Town Board approved this request. Kenneth Greshowak and Others - Approved Kenneth Greshowak and others, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance to replat Lots 1 and 2 of the First Addition to Rollins Beach into one lot with water frontage of 147'. The required water frontage for platted lots on a recreational development lake is 150'. The property owners applying for this variance are proposing to replat Lots 1 through 9 of the First Addition to Rollins Beach and Lot 4, Pebble Shores into Pebble Shores First Addition Lots 1 through 5.
