LEE, Administrator December 7. 1988 Rick Zahnow R#2 Fergus Falls, MN 56537 RE: Property on an Unnamed Lake (56-861). Dear Mr. Zahnow: On July 7, 1988, your request for a variance for your improperly positioned vision obstructing fence was denied by the Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment. This denial left you the following alternatives, any of which wo aid resolve this violation of the Shoreland Management Ordinance of Otter Tail County. 1. Remove the fence. Properly relocate the fence.2. 3. Alter the fence such that it would no longer be vision obstructing. On December 6, 1988, an onsite inspection of your property was made, inspection revealed that your fence is still in violation of the Ordinance requirements. This Since this is the case, you will have until December 30, 1988 to bring your fence Into compliance with the Ordinance requirements. Please be advised that if this matter is not resolved by the aforementioned date, we will have no alternative but to refer this matter to the Otter Tail County Attorney's Office for legal action. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office.
