It was noted that the structure will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing structure and the structure will be a part of an existing farm operation. James Eugene Bjork - Tabled James Eugene Bjork, Fergus Falls, MN, requested a variance of 8’ from the required maximum height of a non-dwelling structure of 18’ for the construction of a 32’ by 60’ shop having a height of 26’. Verlin Menze, Aurdal Town Board Chairman stated earlier that the township had approved of the applicant’s request.
