LEE, Administrator May 28, 1980 Mr. Edvard Anderson RR 1 Box 51 Wyndmere, ND 58081 Re; LOT 4 & 5 Silver Lake Estates Dear Mr. Anderson: Due to numerous complaints and inquiries regarding your landscaping project on Silver Lake our office visited your property on May 28, 1980. It is our opinion that you have clearly exceeded the conditions of your special use permit which states "landscape lo to match contours of those on LOT 3 and 6," and we are therefore seriously considering taking legal action in this situation. I call special attention to the other conditions of your permit: 1. Entire area shall be stabilized within 10 days of the completion of the moving project; 2. Owner is legally responsible for all surface water drainage that may occur; 3. No fill shall enter or be tak ;n from the beds of a public water without valid permit from the State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources; 4. If the terms of this permit are violated the entire permit may be revoked and the owner may be subject to legal prosecution. Failure to comply fully with these stipulations will result in our office issuing a violation. If you have any questions please contact Michael Kirk, County J Attorney.
