The reason for this presentation is to see if the Board of Adjustment will allow my requested footage on this construction before I purchase the property. Information concerning lots and surrounding area. 1.No homes have been constructed on any of lots 1-8 of Silver Lake Estates (map enclosure). Existing houses (on Silver View—to the west) vary in footage from the lake, lot 3—55 ft. mately in line with house on lot 3. 2. Lot 1—old foundation—didn't measure, lot 2—60 ft.. The remainder of the house going west are approxi- We would like to build a house of approximately 20-24 feet deep and 36-40 feet wide. Two stories underground and a third at ground level. All 3 levels would be exposed to the lake (south). Whatever the size of the house, there would be no difficulty with side or rear yard set back due to the width and depth of lot (map enclosure). We are referring to either lot 1 or 2. Both lots are approximately the same as far as elevation and distance from water. These are the dimensions of the lot in relation to the water. Beginning of bank (bottom of slope) is 40 feet. Top of bank is 83 feet. Elevation of bank is 25-27 feet from ground level below bank, approximately 4-6 feet to get to water level. 1. 2. 3.Add House set up in relation to the bank. 1.Second story top would be at ground level. Excavation would be about 17 feet down. This would have the floor level of the base ment about 12-14 feet above water level. 2. Sewer system would have to be lifted to tto*top of the bank to whatever meets regulations. 3. Retraining walls, grass, etc would be installed to prevent erosion.• 9 My request is that you allow the front of the house to begin at about the 80-85 foot mark from the lake. What affect would a deck (10-15 feet) on south (lake side) have on the placement of tWs house front? “ir 1-;■ * »•.. •') •■«•I i5 ■ '-'d i W:^1 i1' ' JhMw •* m »mf0 Omm ' "»-V\ /SILVER LAKE ESTATESI'•••»'mrtiMOm> cu«m V i IX tooc X PART GOV'T LOTS 3 3 4, SEC. 2!.
