Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
approximately 28’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the completion of an unfinished
attached garage, having a second story greenhouse addition with an entrance to the main dwelling, located
approximately 72’ from the ordinary high level with the condition that an existing 7’ by 19’,camper must be removed
from the applicant’s property by July 15, 1997, and to grant the office authority to extended this deadline an additional
30 days, if necessary. After additional consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded py Cecil
Femling and unanimously carried to deny the extension and enclosure of the deck as no adequate hardship had been
shown.
