MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Dan Oehler. seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with John Everts voting no. to approve
a variance of 17‘ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the replacement of an
existing 12* by A6‘ mobile home with a 16' by 80' mobile home. The granting of this variance does not change
substantially the conditions of this lot and the granting of this variance will allow the applicant to make the
best use of the existing property.
