Tom Kinn - Approved the variance as requested. (9:10 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Joe Maske and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve the variance as requested as both lots have at least 75% of the required frontage/lot
width and have the required area, thereby meeting the exception for lake/front lots as found on Page 25 of the
Shoreland Management Ordinance.
