RECEiVED SEP 2 ^ 2010 LAi>lD & RESOURCE September 23, 2010 Land & Resource Management County of Otter Tail 540 West Fir Fergus Falls, MN 56537 The purpose of this letter is to assist in the viewing of Lot 10 Sandy Shores Development by the Board of Adjustment. A variance request will be heard at the October 7, 2010 meeting. Tom and I marked each of the corners with three foot high stakes. The two corners that are adjacent to Clearmont Road are marked with single pieces of pink tape. These mark the portion of Lot 10 that Aldrichs would retain and attach to their lake side parcel. The stakes on the split line are each marked with three pieces of pink tape. The lot is heavily wooded. The northerly stake marking the proposed split line is in the brush alongside a rotting wood pile of mine. The southerly stake marking the proposed split line is in the middle of some fallen trees. The two corners that are adjacent to Highway 78 are each marked with two pieces of pink tape. These mark the portion of Lot 10 that we would purchase and attach to Lot 11. There is one additional stake with two pink pieces of tape to mark the corner along the southerly line of Lot 10 where the property line doglegs to about straight east. I hope that this description is helpful. If you have questions about the lots or about locating the stakes, please call me at 701-200- 1159. Respectfully submitted Douglas R.
