Motion
Thomas and Virginia Aldrich - Approved the variance as requested. (7:08 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried
to declare Lot 10 Sandy Shore Development as a buildable lot for a non residential structure (non dwelling). The
Board noted that this approval is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment. The Board cautioned the
applicants to be careful not to exceed the maximum height requirement with there proposed development and
informed the applicants that the area within this back lot cannot be used when calculating impervious surface
coverage for front lot development.
