(7:08 p.m.) After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried to declare Lot 10 Sandy Shore Development as a buildable lot for a non residential structure (non dwelling). The Board noted that this approval is consistent with past actions of the Board of Adjustment.
