David Todd and Kimberly Ann Connell - Approved the variance as requested. (7:13 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Joe Maske and unanimously carried,
to declare Lot 5 Sandy Shore Development a buildable back lot. The Board noted that the proposed project is normal
structure maintenance. The Board also noted that the variance as approved does not grant directly or indirectly any
other variances.
