Separate Lot 2, Sandy Shores Dev. from Lot 17, Clearmont Rd. At present a machine
shed (30’ x 40’) and a small cabin (14’ x 15’ shack) on blocks are on Lot 2, which is 100’
X 250’. Lot 17, Clearmont Rd., is a bare lot measuring 75’ lakeshore by 150’. A 55’
road separates Lot 2 & Lot 17. I pay County sewer on both lots, plus nearly $1,000 in
taxes on Lot 17, which at present is a lot that cannot be utilized.

After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Joe Maske and unanimously carried, to
deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow for
the granting of the variance as requested and the requested variance is not necessary for the applicant to have a
reasonable use of his property.
