A motion by Wilfred, second by Jacobson to approve the special use
permit of Larry Kantrud, dated April 6, 1977 on West Battle Lake,
No. 56r»239, GD, Sec. 20 of Girard Township except no removal of
first ridge adjacent to lake.
Passed;
Voting; All members In favor.
Passed;A motion by Davis, secoild by Lindquist to approve the variance
application of William Doering, dated May 2, 1977 on Silver Lake,
No. 56-302, RD, Sec. 33 of Everts Township as far back as possible
from road and no less than 20 feet from road.
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Snowberg, second by Ryan to approve the variance
application of James Donahue, dated May 5, 1977 on Silver Lake,
No. 56-302, RD, Sec. 21 of Everts Township for eight (8) years
from this date.
Voting Yes; Ryan, Snowberg, Jacobson, Lindquist and Lee.
Voting No; Davis, Estes and Fjestad.
Abstain; Beck and Portmann.
Passed:A motion by Davis, second by Lindquist to deny the variance application
of Eugene Fitzgerald, No. 56-786, GD, Sec. 10 of Dunn Township for
lack of hardship. Applicant to obtain permit within 10 days for garage
which has already been placed on property.
Voting; All members in favor.
A motion by Davis, second by Fjestad to approve the variance application
of Howard Wrigley, dated May 3, 1977 on West McDonald Lake, No. 56-386,
RD, Sec. 18 of Edna Township at 75 feet setback rather than 65 feet.
Passed;
Voting; All members in favor.
Passed;A motion by Ryan, second by Jacobson to adjourn the meeting at
9;30 P.M. and to set June 1, 1977 as the date for the next regular
meeting of the Planning Commission.
Voting; AIL members in favor.
