After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to deny the
variance as requested as no adequate practical difficulties/hardships had been shown that would allow for the granting of the
variance as requested, the applicants can obtain a reasonable use of there property without the granting of the variance as
requested, the variance as requested is a substantial variation from the requirement of the ordinance and there is another feasible
method to alleviate the need for a variance.
