MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of
10" from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the location of a mobile home 9’ 2" from the side lot line with the
condition that whenever the mobile home is replaced or substantially repaired it must be placed in compliance with the
requirements of the ordinance. It was noted that this is a very minor variance reque^and that the current placement
of the mobile home does not obstruct the view of the adjacent property owner.
