MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve a
variance of 6' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of a 22’ by 24’ addition to
an existing cabin 94’ from the ordinary high water level and a variance of approximately 18’ from the required ordinary
high water level setback of 100' for the construction of a deck to the addition having a depth of 12’ and being
approximately 82’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the addition will be no closer to the ordinary high
water level than the existing structure and that the deck will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
deck.
