FCR6US >6LL8. t • I ^ r ! r ■s MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE OTTER TAIL COUNTY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT May 3, 1984 The Otter Tail County Board of Adjustment met Thursday, May 3, 1984 in the County Commissioners Room of the Otter Tail County Courthouse, Fergus Falls, MN with George Walter, Craig Anderson, June Ryan, Tom Stringer and John Everts present.Chairman Walter dpened the meeting at 7;30.ip.ni., and hearing no objections or corrections to the April meeting, declared same approved as mailed. The following applications for variance were heard: Paul M. Caqley, Fargo, ND, requested permission to build a 24' x 24' garage five feet from, road right-of-way and construct a porch on lake side of dwelling, 48' from ordinary high water mark, on Lot 7 of Broadwater Beach, Dunn Township, reading correspondence received and. after listening to the various interested parties, After motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny the request for the porch, no hardship shown.Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny the request for the garage for safety reasons and no hardship shown.
