Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 25’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the addition of a 12’ by 12’ porch 75' from the ordinary
high water level noting that the addition will be no clo.ser to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling and
the addition does not obstruct the view of the adjacent property owner.
