Claremont Lein requested permission to build storage shed 12* from
high water mark on Lot 4 of 1st Add'n to Crystal Hills, Lida Township. Motion
was made by June Ryan, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, Thomas Donoho voting (
"no", to deny granting of variance.
Tiro Donley requested permission to place garage within 12 feet of
roadway, on Lot 11, Oakwood Beach, Everts Township,
seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve construction no
closer than 20' from road right-of-way, subject to approval by Everts Town Board.

within set back of lake, in Tordenskiold To^mship on Stalker Lake,
by June Ryan, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried, Tliomas Donoho Voting "no".

Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Thomas Donoho and unanimously
carried, to approve variance.
