tion of Milton Paulson, dated July lA, 1978 on Clitherall Lake, No.
56-238, RD, Sec. 13 of Clitherall Twp.

Voting! All members in favor.
A motion by Portmann, second by Lachowitzer to approve the preliminaiy
plat plans of Eastwood Shores on Clitherall Lake, No. 56-238, RD, Sec. 13
of Clitherall Twp. Developer is Milton Paulson, Clitherall, Mn.

Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Davis, second by Jacobson to deny the variance application
of Kenneth Beck, dated July 17, 1978 on Star Lake, No. 56-385, GD,
Sec. 14 of Star Lake Twp. for lack of information.
Passed:
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Estes, second by Davis to deny the variance application of
Lester Lind, dated July 21, 1978 on Cooks Lake, No. 56-525, NE, Sec. 3
of Candor Twp. as there is no hardship and should comply with building
permit No. 3501.
Passed:
Voting: All members in favor.
Failed:A motion by Portmann to approve the variance application of David Matson
dated July 19, 1978 on Lida, No. 56-747, GD, Sec. 28 of Lida Twp. at
40 feet from lake subject to update of sewage system died for lack of
a second.
Passed:A motion by Lindquist, second by Estes to deny the variance application
of David Matson, dated July 19, 1978 on Lida Lake, No. 56-747, GD, Sec.
28 of Lida Twp. as lack of hardship shown.
Voting! All members in favor except Portmann.
No action was taken on the variance application of John Nettleton as he withdrew
his application after discussion with the commission.
A motion by Davis, second by Beck to approve the variance application
of Edward Skalsky, dated July 26, 1978 on Silver Lake, No. 56-302, RD,
Sec. 28 of Everts Twp.
