Lipp, Fargo. ND, requested permission to replace an 8" cement block boat house on Lot 19, Sky Blue Waters Beach, Hobart Township on Lake Six, with a treated wood structure. After consideration, motion was made by Carl Johnson to grant approval. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson. Motion was made by George Walter to amend the motion to include structure 10' x 20' as original structure. The amendment motion was seconded by Robert Schwartz and carried upon the following vote; IGER LIPP ’PROVED Al 1 voting in favor. The original motion was then carried upon the following vote, with November 1, 1987 for completion being the deadline: Yes - Johnson, Anderson, Walter, Schwartz, Wiechmann No - Everts i f John W. William Lively, Dent, MN, requested permission to build a 20' x 22’ garage feet from road right-of-way and 9 feet from side lot line, in G.L. 7, Section 17, Edna Township, Big McDonald Lake. After con­ sideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to approve a 15' variance subject to township approval, hardship being a substandard lot of re­ cord. The motion was seconded by Marcus Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote: All voting in favor. Bill & Deanna J. Ellingson, Roseville, MN, requested permission to build an 8' X 12' storage shed 25' from shoreline, on S.L. A, G.L. 5, Section 11, Edna Township on Little McDonald Lake. After consideration, motion was made by John Everts to deny, no adequate hardship presented, to approve would be setting a precedence as there are none or very few such storage sheds in the area and there are other alternatives.
