Motion was made by Randall Hann, seconded by Leslie Estes and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of approximately 2' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for
the construction of a 22' by 24' garage approximately 8' from the side lot line. It was
noted that the garage will be no closer to the side lot line than the existing structure
and that ingress and egress for the garage is at a right angle with the road. Hardship
being a substandard lot of record.
