After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship unique to the property had been shown that would allow
for the granting of the variance as requested. It was noted that the applicant has a reasonable use of his property
and/or can obtain a reasonable use without the granting of the variance as requested. The granting of the variance as
requested would establish precedence that the Board of Adjustment does not wish to establish.
