MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
request as no adequate hardship had been shown. It was noted that the granting of the variance would make the
neighbor’s lot more substandard and it was also noted that with the additional property the applicant’s proposal still
required a variance from the side lot line.
