Eric Gerken - Approved with a condition. (7:43 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance of 33’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the replacement of a
corrugated fiberglass roof on an existing screened in porch with a 6/12 vaulted rafter roof with the condition that an
existing storage structure must be placed in a complying location on or before October 1, 2005. The Board noted that
the variance as approved applies only to the roof replacement project and does not authorize any other modifications
or changes to the 8’ by 18’ porch.
