MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Bert Olson and unanimously carried, to deny the
request as the applicant's two lots have become one lot under the new ordinance and the granting
of this variance would allow the applicant to keep two dwellings on one lot, which is contrary to
the ordinance, and no adequate hardship had been shown by the applicant.
