MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was Made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 4.5' from the required side lot line setback of 10' for the addition
of a chimney 5.5' from the side lot line. It was noted that the chimney will be no closer
to the lot line than the existing garage and the addition will not be view obstructing.
Hardship being a grossly substandard lot of record.
